EFKA-4530 stabilizes the pigment dispersion of difficult inorganic and organic pigments and improves the following properties:
-gloss
-color strength
-flocculation stability
-anti-flooding behavior
EFKA-4530 is a film-forming polymer with excellent water resistance and wide-spread compatibility in both solvent- and waterborne systems.
Before adding to the mill base EFKA-4530 should be neutralized up to PH of 8.5 - 9.0. Complete water-solubility will be obtained by e.g. addition of 8.5% AMP 90.
* Application:
EFKA-4530 is recommended for use in all kinds of solvent- and waterborne coatings, as well as in resin minimal pigment concentrates for both solventborne and waterborne coatings. |
