EFKA-4520 stabilizes the pigment dispersion of inorganic and organic pigments and improves the following properties:
-gloss
-color strength
-flocculation stability
-anti-flooding
-viscosity depressant behavior
EFKA-4520 is a film-forming polymer with excellent water-resistance.
Before adding to the mill base EFKA-4520 should be neutralized to a pH of 8.5 - 9.0.
Complete water-solubility will be obtained by e.g. addition of 1.5% AMP 90.
* Application:
EFKA-4520 is recommended for use in all kinds of high quality solvent-and waterborne industrial coatings, as well as resin minimal pigment concentrates for solvent- and waterborne coatings. |
