Silicone defoamer for emulsion based bonding agents, stains and plasters to defoam during production and paint application.
The defoamer is stable upon storage, resistant to yellowing from ultra-violet radiation and does not influence color acceptance and color development in tinted systems.
BYK 045 was specifically developed for emulsion systems with a PVC of 40-80%.
Furthermore, it is very effective in non-pigmented systems (i.e., bonding agents, stains).
It is easy and trouble-free to incorporate and shows no separation even in low viscosity systems. |
