THERMX Polymer CG033-9907L Natural

THERMX PCT Polymer can withstand temperatures of 270 degrees celsius (500 degrees fahrenheit) for short durations.
This material is usually glass-reinforced for increased stiffness and high temperature resistance.
It can be flame retarded to achieve UL 94 V-O recognition.
THERMX PCT polymer can be pigmented to achieve most colors.
THERMX PCT polymers are resistant to high heat and are capable of withstanding vapor-phase and IR reflow soldering used in surface-mount technology.
They have good elongation and toughness.
They are chemical resistant to cleaning solvents, engine fluids and many other chemicals.
THERMX PCT polymers are easy to process.
They have a wide processing window without flash, excellent thermal stability, short cycle times and do not corrode the mold.
Traditional injection molding machines and tooling can be used.
THERMX CG033 polymer is 30% glass-fiber-reinforced PCT.
It is a non flame retardant grade presently available in black or natural colors.
