EPOLENE E-14P Wax |
|
The EPOLENE E-series waxes are emulsifiable, oxidized, low molecular weight, low density polyethylene waxes. EPOLENE E-14 Wax is an oxidized homopolymer of polyethylene with a lower density and softening point than EPOLENE E-10 wax. The lower softening point and density allow for ease of emulsification by either the wax-to-water or pressure emulsification methods. EPOLENE E-14 imparts excellent slip resistance to floor polish films. EPOLENE E-14 in powdered form (EPOLENE E-14P) is useful as a lubricant in processing rigid and flexible polyvinyl chloride and as a processing aid for preparing color concentrates.
