CENTURY 1124 FATTY ACID is a special fatty acids product that consists primarily of Oleic
Acid and Iso-oleic Acids (branched-chain, C18 monounsaturated fatty acids).
This fatty acid product has very low levels of the polyunsaturated fatty acids including linoleic and linolenic, and may function as an Oleic Acid replacement in some applications. |
