CENTURY 1122 is a special fatty acids product that consists primarily of Oleic Acid, and Iso-oleic Acids (branched chain C18 monoenoic fatty acids). This fatty acid has very low levels of the polyunsaturated fatty acids as linoleic and linolenic.
In some applications for the preparation of soaps and emulsifiers, Century 1122 may function as an economical replacement for Oleic Acid. |
