UNIFLEX 31 is a long carbon fatty acid chain ester that serves as a precursor for sulfurized or
chlorinated products.
The sulfurized product has good solubility in technical white 100/100 naphthenic, 140 solventrefined mid-continent and 100/100 Smackover oils. Sulfurized or chlorinated UNIFLEX 31 has application as an extreme pressure or antiwear agents in lubrication.
Untreated UNIFLEX 31 finds applications as a lubricity additive for various metal forming fluids. |
