EPI-CURE Curing Agent 8536-MY-60 is a modified polyamidoamine adduct supplied in a carefully selected blend of organic cosolvents for use, in conjunction with EPI-REZ* Resin 3520-WY-55, in the formulation of two-component, water reducible epoxy coatings. Coatings based on this combination possess a high level of chemical and corrosion resistance similar to conventional solvent-based epoxy-polyamide systems. Typical coatings and also primers are easily formulated to VOC levels of less than 2.5 pounds per gallon. Primer formulations exhibit excellent adhesion to numerous types of metal substrates which make these systems ideal candidates to replace standard solution epoxy-polyamide systems in general purpose applications. For further information, consult the product bulletin for EPI-REZ 3520-WY-55. EPI-CURE Curing Agent 8536-MY-60 can also be used with conventional solvent solution epoxy resins. |
