Aztec BP-50-FT is a white, free-flowing powder of 50% dibenzoyl peroxide, desensitized with a solid phthalic acid ester (melt point, 39-42'C).
Aztec BP-50-FT peroxides are used as a catalyst for crosslinking a variety of synthetic rubbers, primarily silicone, at temperatures above 110'C.
It is ideally suited for fast curing of thin cross-sections in continuous cures. |
