EPON Resin 1001-O-75 is a solid resin solution of EPON Resin 1001F cut to 75% weight in Methyl n-Amyl Ketone(Mn-AK). The EPON Resin 1001F is derived from bisphenol And epichlorohydrin.
This epoxy resin solution finds application in solventborne amine or polyamide cured coatings.
The 1990 Clean Air Act Amendments require significant reductions in the emissions of certain EPA-defined hazardous air pollutants (HAP).
A number of the targeted substances are solvents commonly used in ambient cured coatings.
EPON Resin 1001-O-75 offers the coatings formula-tor a resin solution with high solids and good solubility, using a non-HAP solvent. |
