SYLVAGUM RE 85K Resin is a steam stripped, glycerol ester of tall oil rosin.
SYLVAGUM RE 85K Resin is manufactured in a tightly controlled process to assure that the resin meets the high standards of the confectionery industry for consistent good taste and low odor characteristics.
SYLVAGUM RE 85K Resin is available in both solid and flaked forms. We recommend, however, that shipment of the resin be taken in the solid form rather than the flaked form. This would reduce the tendency of the resin to oxidize, which could ultimately affect taste and color chaacteristics of the resin. |
