PELLET LUBE
Pellet Lube is a high solids, non-foaming pigmented external lubricant specifically formulated to overcome inherent problems associated with coating rubber pellets.
Pellet Lube¡¯s formulation does not contain any respirable silica, but does contain agents to control odor and inhibit corrosion.
This product is a concentrate and is intended to be diluted with water.
Pellet Lube will provide a uniform anti-stick, pigmented coating for unvulcanized rubber pellets.
This external lubricant and be applied by dipping or spraying.
Typical dilution range from 1:8 to 1:20 with water.
Application temperatures range from 70'F to 180'F: higher solution temperatures provide faster drying.
This aqueous dispersion eliminates the dusting problems normally found with powdered zinc stearate.
Agitation may be needed to keep material homogeneous.
Stir for 15 minutes when the solution has set overnight for ultimate coating.
