PERMATAC¢ç A522 is an aqueous, solvent-free resin dispersion manufactured at 50 percent solids by the use of anionic emulsifiers and specially selected surfactants.
It is based upon high quality disproportionate gum rosin.
The method of stabilization employed in the manufacture of the dispersion results in a product which demonstrates aggressive tack and excellent wetting to low energy surfaces.
This product has exceptional mechanical stability when subjected to shear stress often encountered on modern coating machines, such as slot die.
It has been specifically formulated to wet the silicone release liner at low viscosities, while running on reverse gravure type coating heads at speeds in excess of 200 meters per minute. |
