Properties:
Polysar¢ç S 1018 is a pre-crosslinked emulsion SBR used as a processing aid. It is lightly crosslinked with divinyl benzene and is used in special applications as a partial replacement for general purpose rubbers to reduce nerve, mill shrinkage and die swell. It allows faster extrusion rates and also improves dimensional stability and surface smoothness in extruded and calendered products.
Applications:
Used as a processing aid in extruded and calendered SBR products.
