Depending on the objective textiles and the purpose of its use, it is generally applied in the concentration of 2 to 5 % o.w.f. in case of the dipping method and 1 - 2% soln. in case of the padding method. |

Good softening, not have greasy feeling.
Good rewetting capacity, provide a lubricating effect.
An ability to produce high active concentration with low viscosity.
No effect on fabric colors.

Appearance : 25¡É : semisolid paste / 45¡É : yellowish liquid
pH(5%, 50% alcoholic soln.) : 2.9 - 3.5
Ionic property : Cationic
Solubility soluble in water at 55 - 60¡É : Solvent mixed alcohol and glycol about 15 wt%
Water : 75%
Hisofter JK-85 : 24.7%
Lauryl alcohol + EO 20 : 0.3%
MgCl2 6H2O : 0.4%
Water can be added at 55 - 60¡É
Hisofter JK-85 and LA + EO 20 are added at 50 - 55¡É, and stirred for 30 - 60 min.
Cool to 30¡É and add the magnesium chloride, strring until it is completely dissolved. |
