Base 12 SE
Sulfurized additive
BASE 12SE is a sulfurized methyl ester designed primarily for use in soluble oils.
BASE 12SE is also applicable in straight oils where low viscosity, good lubricity and excellent wetting properties are desired.
BASE 12SE is formulated into soluble oils to provide extreme pressure, lubricity and metal
wetting properties.
It can also be applied in straight oil machining, drawing and stamping fluids.
Selection criteria for sulfurized materials usually include sulfur level requirements, desired viscosity of the formulated product, the need for lubricity and solubility considerations.
