Base 10 L
Sulfurized lard compounds
BASE 10L is a 10% inactive, sulfurized fatty compound.
BASE 10L brings lubricity, as well as extreme pressure properties, to straight oil and water dilutable metalworking fluids.
In addition, it will not cause staining of copper, brass or bronze materials.
BASE 10L is applied in straight oil machining, drawing and stamping fluids.
It can also be formulated into soluble oils.
Selection criteria for sulfurized materials usually include sulfur level requirements, desired viscosity of the formulated product, the need for lubricity and solubility considerations.
