DESCRIPTION:SB-400 is a highly functional, carboxylic acid and anhydride containing methacrylate oligomer, blended in 2-methoxy propanol (PM alcohol) solvent. It offers fast cure speed and excellent copper adhesion. SB-400 has a high acid number for alkali strippability. SB-400 also provides good solvent and acid resistance and excellent high gloss aqueous development.
