Anchor 1040 |
|
Anchor 1040 curing agent is a liquid, chemically-modified amine complex of boron trifluoride. It is a Lewis Acid catalyst. When compared with the well-known solid BF3-monoethylamine complex, this product has the advantage of being freely compatible with liquid epoxy resins. When using Anchor 1040 curing agent, do not employ alkaline fillers, since they will inhibit cure. *Advantages: Reduced hygroscopicity, Good solubility in liquid epoxy resins *Applications: Powder coatings, One-component body solders, Laminates, Surface coatings |
