Ecomonical dust-free cylinders of highly concentrated rubber accelerators or accelerator systems that are non-polymerically bound in low-melt waxes that are compatible with most polymer systems. Pellets are easily handled for manual weighing and are also suitable for airveying.
The low-melt (130F) proprietary binder systems provides quick incorporation into rubber stock and, by predispersing materials prior to pelletizing, insures thorough homogeneous dispersion in a Banbury or mill mixing operation.
Additional advantages of SYNPRO non-polymeric pellets include the ability to color code in order to identify ingredients that are normally the same color.
