OMYACARB 14, OMYACARB 18 and OMYACARB 21 are dry ground, air classified, high calcium limestone products produced by Ornya, Inc.
These products are differentiated from each other by the amount of +325 mesh (44 micrometers) material which they contain.
OMYACARB 14 and OMYACARB 18 have wide acceptance where low oil absorption or binder requirement and low cost are of primary consideration.
Uses include economy paints, joint cements, synthetic marble, mechanical rubber goods, sponge and hard rubber, rug backing compounds, abrasives, sandpaper, putty, and many other products.
OMYACARB 21, used in a blend with finer carbonates such as
OMYACARB 3, provides good application and performance characteristics to putties and glazing compounds. |
