Proprietary Mixture
MIXXIM Series H-4 is an efficient, powdered metal soap, heat stabilizer, particularly useful in vinyl calendering and extrusion applications.
It is intended for use in areas usually requiring a heavy metal stabilizer.
This product does not contain cadmium or lead.
Applications: 1. Flexible, calendering and extrusion applications.
2. Semi-rigid and rigid, calendering, extrusion, and injection molded applications.
Advantages: MXXXIM Series H-4 may be used at reduced usage levels, as an alternative to Barium-Cadmium, Barium-Cadmium-Zinc, Barium-Zinc, and Lead heat stabilizers.
MIXXIM Series H-4 exhibits low plate out, crystal clarity and non-sulfur staining properties.
MIXXIM Series H-4 exhibits low fog properies in automotive applications.
MIXXIM Series H-4 contains materials previously sanctioned by the U.S. FDA for use as indirect food additive user.
MIXXIM Series H-4 offers low exudation and will not interfere with regard to printability. |
