A polymeric acrylic lubricant that offers exceptional benefits to PVC processors
Because of its high efficiency, it can be used at very low levels. The low use levels mean that there will be little effect on clarity, heat stability, chemical resistance and physical properties. The unique properties of METABLEN L-1000 makes it the logical choice for part of the lubrication requirements for rigid PVC compounds. Because of METABLEN L-1000 low haze contribution and excellent metal release, it is ideal for calendering, blow moulding and extrusion applications.
Excellent metal release - Unique chemical composition that virtually eliminates sticking to hot metal surfaces at typical and elevated processing temperatures.
Excellent compatibility - Highly compatible with PVC. Imparts excellent clarity. Also because of its high compatibility, it exhibits high resistance to plate out.
Heat stability - METABLEN L-1000 is a stable product and does not have any negative effect on heat stability.
