Extenders
USG LP Filler #2, the dihydrate form of calcium sulfate (CaSO4-2H2O), is made, by fine grinding select gypsum containing about 17% water of crystaUization. Due to this water of crystallization, LP Filler #2 can provide fire retardancy in room temperature curable systems such as unsaturated polyester spray-up.
It is a finely divided, non-abrasive, non-toxic, easily dispersible powder. |
