synthetic triaryl phosphate esters. It was designed as a synthetic equivalent to cresyl diphenyl phosphate (CDP) and combines the beneficial properties of CDP with significantly lower specific gravity, lower cost, and reliable supply associated with synthetic triaryl phosphates. It is recommended for use in flame retardant PVC compositions, flexible polyurethanes, cellulosic resins, and synthetic rubber. It is also recommended as a flame retardant processing aid in engineering resins.
