Engelhard ASP hydrous aluminosilicates are used as extenders and additives in the coatings, inks, adhesives, plastics, rubber and paint industries.
They are available in a wide range of grades (see below) and offer many performance benefits, including excellent titanium dioxide extension, improved color, gloss control, dispersion, stain resistance and enamel holdout.
For example, in adhesive applications, ASP functional extenders improve and speed wet tack, increase viscosity, speed drying and reduce costs.
In inks, ASP products improve color development and holdout to prevent strikethrough and reduce costs.
Very fine particle size, standard brightness grade with a neutral pH for use in water-borne semi-gloss coatings or rubber reinforcement. |
