SAYTEX BC-56HS flame retardant is a proprietary brominated aliphatic compound containing a high level of aliphatic bromine.
SAYTEX BC-56HS flame retardant is designed for use in extruded polystyrene, crystal and high-impact polystyrene, SAN resins, polypropylene, adhesives and coatings.
SAYTEX BC-56HS flame retardant has very good thermal stability and high bromine content making it a prime candidate for high temperature applications.
It exhibits good UV resistance and hence is suitable for use in many applications requiring color stability.
Because of its very good thermal stability and low blooming characteristics, SAYTEX BC-56HS flame retardant is suitable for use in systems where recycling is anticipated.
SAYTEX BC-56HS flame retardant is not acutely toxic, it is not teratogenic, and it is not harmful to fish.
SAYTEX BC-56HS flame retardant can be used in the formulation of products meeting European dioxin ordinances. |
