| Royaltuf 498 is a maleic anhydride grafted EPDM recommended for toughening of nylon 6, nylon 66 and other polyamides. It is based on a low Tg, amorphous EPDM and features the best possible impact at low temperatures, especially in nylon 6. Best results are obtained with high-shear compounding such as that available in twin-screw extruders. Royaltuf 498 is co-curable with EPDM and can improve dispersion and coupling to polar fillers in EPDM compounds |
