PLURONIC nonionic surfactants are block copolymers of propylene oxide and ethylene oxide. The propylene oxide block is sandwiched between two ethylene oxide blocks. PLURONIC surfactants: - are better emulsifiers, are better dispersants, - cover a broader range of molecular weights, - are terminated by primary hydroxyl groups (higher reactivity and acidity). Low foam surfactant, emulsifier, demulsifier, solubilizer, detergent, dispersant, stabilizer, wetting agent, intermediate - cosmetic, textile, paper, paint, metal cleaning. |
