Opex 80 is an 80% active nitrogen foaming agent for both open and closed cell elastomeric sponge rubber.
Decomposes in air at 190'C (374'F) but in the presence of promotors decomposes at temperatures as low as 120'C (248'F).
Typical applications are in microcellular soles and molded sponge of natural, SBR, Neoprene and other elastomers. |
