Octosperse TS-30 is compatible to most wet processing uses.
Use either full strength or cut with water before adding, whichever gives the best dispersion into the foaming system.
For starting, it is suggested that in dye becks and wash operations that 1/2 ounce of the defoamer be used per 100 gallons of the process volume. The concentration can then be adjusted to establish the most economical and efficient concentration.
Octosperse TS-30 is most effective when used as a preventative against foam formation
therefore, it is best to add TS-30 to the system early in the procedure. |
