Alkanox 240 is an organo-phosphite antioxidant that exhibits excellent hydrolytic stability.
Alkanox 240 effectively reduces peroxide induced oxidative degradation of most polymeric substances during processing. The low volatility of Alkanox 240 allows for use at the high temperatures required for processing thermoplastic polymers. Alkanox 240 is suitable for use in a multitude of polymers such as polyolefins, polycarbonate, ABS and polyesters. |
