KRONOS 2310 pigment is a chloride process low oil absorption rutile pigment designed for architectural, industrial and automotive finishes where outstanding optical properties, very good gloss retention and chalking resistance are required. KRONOS 2310 is a universal grade which can be used to replace several titanium dioxide grades. * PAINT: KRONOS 2310 pigment is recommended for use in architectural, industrial finishes, coil coatings, radiation cured finishes, electrodeposition and high-solids systems, emulsion paint systems, powder coatings, water-borne finishes and printing inks. KRONOS 2310 pigment produces high gloss, haze-free finishes, high brightness with a neutral tone, brilliant clean shades in tints and is very readily dispersed. * PLASTICS: KRONOS 2310 pigment is recommended for plastisol and gel coat applications. It may also be used in plastics applications where a less blue undertone is desired (for general plastics applications, use KRONOS 2073 pigment). |
