Reconstitution :To prepare 20 ¥ìg/ml stock solution, add 1ml absolute ethanol per mg product
gently swirl to dissolve. Add 49 ml sterile medium per ml of ethanol added, while mixing, to acheive final concentration of 20 ¥ìg/ml.
