Application: Transdermally or Orally, take 50-100mg of Formestane per day.

A. Formestane is a synthetic steroidal substance with antineoplastic activity. Formestane binds irreversibly to and inhibits the enzyme aromatase, thereby blocking the conversion of cholesterol to pregnenolone and the peripheral aromatization of androgenic precursors into estrogens.

How to Use:
Formestane has a very long active life on the order of 24-36 hours. For most users, a 100mg capsule in the morning, and another at night before bed will work well to keep a good deal of water off you. Again, it depends on your susceptibility to aromatization and what drugs and dosages of anabolics you are using. Never the less, this should suffice for most. Remember, formestane attacks the aromatase enzyme and is therefore a first line inhibitor. So if you need immediate relief of estrogen during your cycle, you need a second class drug (estrogen receptor blocker) such as nolvadex or clomid. Formestane is a lot like arimidex in its mechanism of action in attacking the aromatase enzyme itself.
