¡¤Efficiency of dust collection and ambient noise: J1000 is equipped with two dust collection system, first-stage gravity dust separator and second-stage bag-type dust collector. The dust discharge amount is below 50 mg/Nm3 , the Ringelman black is below first level, ambient noise is below 80 DB, totally meets the national standard and the requirements of environment protection.
¡¤Temperature control of mixed material: The temperature of mixed material can be set in any degree. Auto-control and manual-control are available and the error is below ¡À3¡æ
¡¤Control mode: Auto-control, Manual-control, Color LCD computer. The installed gross capacity is 330 KW.
¡¤Others: The weight of J1000 is about 120 t, occupies a ground of space 45m long, and 30m wide. The highest point of J1000 is 17m.
