JX1500 is characterized by modular mechanism which ensures a convenient transportation and installation. With a smaller floor space, JX1500 is a high performance price ratio product.
JX1500 Configuration:
¡¤Production Capacity : 90-120 t/h
¡¤Fuel consumption : JX1500 is available for diesel, heavy oil and residue oil. JX1500 consumes about 5.5 ¨C 6 Kg diesel for each 1 t mixed material. (The fuel calorific value is 43250 KJ/kg).
¡¤Measurement precision
Aggregate, filler : ¡À 0.3%
Asphalt: ¡À0.1%
Asphalt aggregate ratio: < 0.3%
¡¤Efficiency of dust collection and ambient noise: JX1500 is equipped with two dust collection system, first-stage gravity dust separator and second-stage bag-type dust collector. The dust discharge amount is below 50 mg/Nm3 , the Ringelman black is below first level, ambient noise is below 80 DB, totally meets the national standard and the requirements of environment protection.
¡¤Temperature control of mixed material: The temperature of mixed material can be set in any degree. Auto-control and manual-control are available and the error is below ¡À3¡æ
¡¤Control mode: Auto-control, Manual-control, Color LCD computer. The installed gross capacity is 330 KW.
¡¤Others: The weight of JX1500 is about 120 t, occupies a ground of space 45m long, and 30m wide. The highest point of JX1500 is 17m.
