Plants¡¯ Major Advantages
Product capacity: 180- 240 t/h
¡¤Quick and safe transportation. For traditional plants, the platforms, handrails, stairs, dustcollection duct, bitumen pipes, hot oil pipes, fuel pipes and mixed storage silo track and so on are need to be packed and shipped separately.
It made transportation very difficult because the huge numbers of types and sizes. Special vehicles are needed for some over height or over width components. And this type of packing and shipment also cause a lot damages during transportation, which would affect the plants¡¯ performance. For container structural design, there are over all structures to protect each assembly. For example, the hot elevator system is in 2.5mX3m container which put hot elevator and revolve stairs in and replaced it the old complex stairs system.
¡¤Simple Installation and Commissioning.
The traditional plants are fixed on the foundation with anchor bolts. Different pipes, tracks and connecting parts need to be installed separately and some tests can only be done after site installation, which contains many potential problems and need a longer installation and commissioning time about 25-30days. For container type, no anchor bolts need and directly on prepared field. The parts for each assembly are all installed and some
tests are done in the factory and only connections between assemblies need to be done at site, which saves a lot installation and commissioning time.
¡¤Quick transfer The disassembly and transfer can be done as easy as installation,which can effectively improve construction efficiency and help contractor to follow construction progress.
