| Latex Lube AR |

Latex Lube AR is a high solids external lubricant specifically formulated with selective pigments, wetting agents and film formers.
It is used as an anti-tack coating material in stock dipping or pelletizing operations on all types of uncured rubber stocks. Latex Lube AR¡¯s formulation does not contain any respirable silica.
This product is a economical concentrate and is intended to be diluted with water.
All materials used in its production meet FDA CFR 21, Regulation 177.2600, Rubber Articles in Repeated Contact with Food.
Latex Lube AR will provide a uniform anti-stick, pigmented coating for unvulcanized rubber stocks.
This external lubricant can be applied by dipping, brushing or spraying.
Typical dilution ranges from 1:8 to an economical 1:30 with water to produce a stable slurry. This product can be readily dispersed and does not tend to sludge during shut down periods.
If slight settling does occur over a prolong time, Latex Lube AR will not set up rock-hard and can be easily re-dispersed with mild agitation.
This aqueous dispersion eliminates the dusting problems normally found with powdered zinc stearate. |
