| Rutin, also called rutoside, quercetin-3-O-rutinoside and sophorin, is the glycoside between the flavonol quercetin and the disaccharide rutinose (¥á-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1¡æ6))-¥â-D-glucopyranose).
