Antioxidant 1010 is a non-staining, high molecular weight, hindered phenolic antioxidant.
Because of it's low volatility, Antioxidant 1010 imparts excellent heat stability and color retention, with good compatibility and low extractability.
Antioxidant 1010 finds application in plastics, rubber, latex, varnishes, adhesives, TPR's and Hot Melts. In plastics, antioxidant 1010 provides excellent antioxidant performance in Polyethylene, Polystyrene, Polyacetal, PVC, AS resin, Methacrylic resin, Polycarbonate, Polyester, and Polymethyl-pentene as well as many others.
In rubbers, Antioxidant 1010 can be used in SBR, EPR, EPDM, Polybutadiene, Neoprene, Nitrile, Polyisoprene, and many other synthetic rubbers.
Typical dosage is 0.02% - 0.50% by weight.
