F-2300 is a brominated oligomeric flame retardant epoxy additive having a medium range molecular weight. F-2300 is recommended for use in thermoplastic resin systems such as PBT, PC/ABS, ABS and HIPS. Due to the oligomeric nature and chemical structure of F-2300, it is non-blooming and exhibits high thermal stability, high UV stability and good processability. F-2300 can be easily compounded using conventional methods, such as Banbury mixing or extrusion. As F-2300 has a relatively low softening range, it mixes and disperses readily into most polymers. |
