EPI-CURE 3090 is a moderate-viscosity, modified polyamidoamine adduct capable of curing epoxy resins at or below ambient temperature. This product provides excellent blush and water resistance, corrosion resistance and adhesion to cool damp substrates. It can be used in a 1:1 mix ratio by weight with EPIKOTE 828 type resins. EPI-CURE 3090 cures epoxy resins on damp or underwater substrates, including concrete and steel. Suggested end uses include old to new concrete primers, patching compounds for concrete containing damp or rusted steel, marine coatings which cure underwater or on damp substrates, mortars and grouts which cure at low temperatures, blush resistant adhesives for metals and many plastics, and high-solids concrete primers with excellent penetration. |
