1. In Plastics. Used as a special humidity resistance plasticizer. Make plastic goods with smooth surface and great touch feeling. Prevent volatilization of plasticizer from plastics. Prevent extraction of plasticizer in oil and water and forming moisture proof. Low extraction in hexane or gasoline under 60¡É, stability under light and hot, fouling resistant.
2. In special electric wire and cable made with PVC. Added to produce the front panel of instruments, it also can used to finish materials such as automobile, waterproof wrapper and wall paper. The quantity added is 10-20% of the total plasticizers.
3. In print inks and special inks. Make dry-powder printing inks improve adhesive force, hide power and good color and lightness.
Make hot-melt jet printing inks improve anti-blocking and stable.
Make thermal transfer printing inks improve colorfastness.
4. In coatings. Used in synthetic resin adhesive and moisture proof coating. Make nitrocellulose improve adhesive force and smooth surface. Make powder coating improve fluidity, adhesive force and impact strength.
5. In hot-met adhesives, contact adhesives. DCHP has special performance of crystallization which makes possible to add in hot-met adhesives and contact adhesives. Please notice liquid to crystal when cooling molten DCHP.
Make adhesives improve adhesive force, oil resistance and durability. Make hot-met adhesives improve durability and anti-tearing. Make hot photosensitizing adhesives improve adhesive force and durability. These adhesives usually produced to make art paper, waterproof paper and coating paper. In moisture proof paper as moisture proof additive, also can be added as temperature sensitive additive and thermoplastic additive when you want to improve the goods adhesive force and anti-tearing.
