Poly-G 71-360 |
|
Poly-G 70 series polyols are amine or sucrose based polyols designed for rigid foam applications. Poly-G 37-600 is used in rigid foam systems to reduce viscosity and balance stoichiometry. Poly-G 70-600 is designed to be used in potting compunds, "thermobreak" aluminum winodw insulation, bowling balls and skate board and roller skate wheels. Poly-G 71-530 exhibits good compatibility with blowing agents and is used as a base polyol for frothing rigid urethane foam. Both Poly-G 74-376 and Poly-G 74-444 are used in high density molded foams due to their low hydroxyl values and viscosity. In addition, both polyols can be blended with autocatalytic polyols to vary the reactivity for various applications. Poly-G 76-120 was developed to reduce the surface friability of rigid urethane foams. While serving this purpose, it is more widely used in non-foam urethanes. Poly-G 76-635 is used as a chain extender for coatings and as a hardner (cross-linker) for elastomers. Arch offers two tetra-functional rigid polyols Poly-G 40-770 and Poly-G 40-800 used in rigid foams and elastomer applications. |
