Dylon Grade LB-380 is a premium, synthetic lubricant formulated to meet the high loads and speeds experienced with ball mills, and open gears in heavy industrial applications. Dylon LB-380 is safe, non-toxic and cost effective.
Dylon Grade LB-380's unique blend of base stocks provides a high affinity for steel and other metal surfaces, resisting dripping and creeping. The Tri-Plex EP System provides extreme pressure and corrosion protection. The formula is chemically balanced to eliminate hardening, cracking or decreased adhesive tendencies over a broad temperature range up to 350'F. It's viscoelastic behavior provides a superior film thickness forming a matrix that holds the solid lubricants in place, while lowering the coefficient of friction, allowing energy consumption reductions. |
