The ATLAC 400 series are corrosion-resistant, high-temperature terephthalic resins with many unique features. The high molecular weight, high crosslink density terephthalic base polymer creates a corrosion-resistant resin that has a greater HDT and improved tensile toughness compared to corrosion-resistant isophthalic resins. This makes ATLAC 400 an ideal selection for filament winding, and where improved temperature resistance is needed. ATLAC 400 can be used in areas requiring good corrosion resistance to a variety of acidic and aqueous media via spray-up, hand lay-up or filament winding application.
