深圳市宏卡科技开发有限公司总部座落于秀丽的海滨城市深圳 ; 成立于 2000 年 8 月。 2009年 7 月喜迁至深圳市宝安区石岩应人石天宝路雅丽工业园，比原有规模扩大 2 倍。2005年2月通过ISO9001:2000版质量管理休系认证,同年8月在东莞东城下桥工业园成立电子标签研发中心和生产基地,2005年10月荣获由国家IC卡注册中心和中国电子质量协会联合颁发的“智能卡十强企业”奖，员工总人数三百余人 。
工厂专业生产并销售各种非接触 IC 卡、接触式 IC 卡、SIM卡、CPU卡、ID卡、纸卡、复合卡、有像证件卡、电话卡、条码卡、磁条卡、等各种材质卡片。
