Company Description (Introduction)
Taizhou Wanfu Pharmacy Co., Ltd. was founded in 1956. Its predecessor is Xianju Grain & Cooking Oil Chemical Plant, which first operated and processed plant fat and oil and then began to produce raw medicine: inositol. Through the three-stage reform, the output of the inositol production line has been gradually increased from 40 tons per year to 300 tons per year. The plant has become one of largest manufacturer of inositol in the country. In order to cater for the development of market economy, the people¡¯s government of Xianju issued Xian-Zheng-Fa No. [2001]214 official documents to approve on its reform at the end of 2001. By January of 2002, Taizhou Wanfu Pharmacy Co., Ltd. had been established according to the modern enterprise system. The company is a private limited company with registered capital of RMB3.19 million yuan. In the past over 40 years, its total capital has reached RMB101.85million yuan. Presently, the plant covers an area of 14,610 square meters with the building area of 9,845 square meters. In order to fulfill the production of raw medicine, the company is undertaking a construction project with an investment of RMB 49 million yuan, planning to levy a land of 34,073 square meters with building area of 23,210 square meters in the industrial zone of the country.
¡¡¡¡At present, the company is capable to manufacture tens of raw medicines, such as Methylprednisolone, Mifepristone, Medroxy Progesterone Acetate, Ciprofloxacin HCL, Potassium lodine, Refined lodine, Cyclopropyl Amine, Inositol, Norfloxacin, etc. Besides, it can process other relevant products for clients both at home and abroad.
¡¡¡¡While keeping the stable production of inositol, the company has established long-term cooperative relation with several famous scientific and research institutes and universities, including Shanghai Medicien Research Institute under Chinese Academy of Sciences, Zhejiang University, etc. The company strictly complies with Medicine Management Law of the People¡¯s Republic of China, Regulations on Management over Production and Quality of Medicine and relevant standards to carry out production and implement management.
